About

epics.tech is a daily signal read for people who build and operate AI systems.

What this site is

Every weekday brings a flood of AI news. Most of it is noise. This site does the filtering for you: each post keeps the two or three signals that actually shifted that day, restates them, and ends with the author's own read — where it matters, who it threatens, what to do about it.

The editorial line

This is a human-written site. An automated pipeline collects and curates the day's reports, but every published post carries a Perspectivesection written by the author. That section is the point: the curation judgment and the voice are the value, not the volume. There is no fully-automated publishing.

Methodology & sources

An automated pipeline monitors a fixed set of feeds — The Batch (DeepLearning.ai), Hugging Face (Daily Papers & Blog), Papers with Code, and X/Twitter Daily — and restates the day's two or three strongest signals. The author then adds a writtenPerspective and, where a specific claim is cited, the verified source links for that post.

The feed names above are a transparency disclosure of what we read, not per-article citations. Each post carries a provenance note stating which daily digest it was restated from and which feeds that digest aggregated.

Who writes it

epics.tech is written by epicsagas(@epicsagas), and operated under epiccounty. The read here is shaped by hands-on work building and running AI and agent systems — cutting each day's flood down to the few signals that actually change how systems ship and behave.
